Refund & Exchange Policy – HF Fragrances
At HF Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, we follow the policy below:
1. No Return or Exchange on Opened Products
- Perfumes that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for valid reasons approved by our support team.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos as proof
- Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable solution
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be approved in cases where:
- The ordered item is unavailable
- A wrong product was delivered
- The product arrived damaged and the claim is verified
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Fragrance preference issues
- Opened or used products
- Orders with incorrect customer information provided during checkout
