Refund & Exchange Policy – HF Fragrances

At HF Fragrances, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, we follow the policy below:

1. No Return or Exchange on Opened Products

  • Perfumes that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for valid reasons approved by our support team.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof
  • Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable solution

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be approved in cases where:

  • The ordered item is unavailable
  • A wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged and the claim is verified

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Fragrance preference issues
  • Opened or used products
  • Orders with incorrect customer information provided during checkout
